Staff Analysis of the Legislation

Amend Part 1 of Article 4 of Chapter 6 of Title 17 relating to bonds for good behavior.  This bill would extend the period for which any judicial officer authorized to hold a court of inquiry may require a bond with surety for good behavior from 60 days to 6 months.
